TAKE THE CURE

A Cure for Wellness is a film about an ambitious young executive is sent to retrieve his company's CEO from an idyllic but mysterious "wellness center" at a remote location in the Swiss Alps, but soon suspects that the spa's treatments are not what they seem. With Gore Verbinski at the helm on this one, the film is shot beautifully and had a level of sophistication that we sought to capture on all materials..

THERE IS A CURE TEASE VIDEO

Ahead of the trailer, which is usually unheard of, we released this video to create mystery and intrigue to tease. Using a key element from the film, a letter left behind by one of the characters, we assembled stock and shots from the film to help tell the story.

WATER STATION

I had championed this idea from the start and put it back in the deck every time I could. We built a custom water cooler that gave the perception that you were pulling in water from the water tank filled with eels. We sent this to the New York press junket and premiere party to intrigue unsuspecting attendees.

Give me a sec, will have this up.

PILL TRAILER

The seek for wellness theme brought us to the idea of turning a tv spot into a video made entirely of pills. We purchased thousands of over the counter pills to create this stop motion piece of art.

PILL POSTER

With all of those left over pills we then moved onto replicating the films poster entirely made out of pills.

SOCIAL IMAGES

We took a higher level simplified approach to our social posting, creating eye catching images paired with copy that hits the hearts of viewers.
