Buyer Beware

Horror films prey on your fears, good advertising preys on the things that we long for. We hit both when it came to home buyers and visitors to our Poltergeist home listing on Trulia. I love a ballsy partner and Trulia had the guts to help us out on our campaign. We created a fake listing page meant to grab you with a deal and slowly pull you into the theme of our home. What seems like a great home and a perfect fresh start is actually a nightmare developing before your eyes. Not only was our listing a first, but the manner in which we delivered gif animations of photos was also new to the Trulia arsenal. With the help of an accompanying listing video, the campaign beat was a huge success.
